Who we are

What we collect

This site has no user accounts and requires no sign-up. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:

• The contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, the practice you select, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider’s form service, which stores submissions and notifies us by email.
• Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.

What we don’t collect

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use engageably.com, our practice sites (growth.engageably.com, executive.engageably.com, publishing.engageably.com) and Engageably Labs (labs.engageably.com): which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general information such as device type, browser and approximate location (country or city, not your address). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) so it can recognize a returning browser. It does not receive what you type into our contact form or into the Labs exhibits.

This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use what you send

We use your contact details to read and answer your message, route it to the right practice, and carry on the conversation you started. We may email you in connection with your inquiries and our services. That’s the whole list.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (our hosting and forms provider) and in the email inbox where notifications arrive. Retention period: [RETENTION: Benjamin/counsel to set].
